At the start of each fiscal year, (July 1st) the Board of Selectmen sets the water & sewer rates.
Discount Information
A 10% discount is allowed on the current portion of the bill if payment is received in the Tax Collector's Office by the due date.
Interest/Demand Penalty Information
Water/Sewer bill is due and payable without interest if received in the Tax Collector's Office by the due date. Any portion of the bill unpaid after this date is subject to a demand fee of $10.00, or $5.00 for water and $5.00 for sewer, and interest at 14% per annum from the date of billing.
Liens
All unpaid charges, late fees and interest will be liened to your real estate tax bill.
