The Law Department represents and protects the interests of the Town Of Wakefield by providing accurate and timely legal advice to all elected and appointed officials, multiple-member bodies and agencies of the Town, to ensure that municipal decisions are made in conformance by appropriate legal authority. The Law Department also represents the Town and it s boards and officials in litigation and before administration agencies.
